Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange under the terms below.


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Only size exchanges and defective items are eligible.
  • Exchange is only valid for ready stock items. Pre-order items are not exchangeable unless defective.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Items purchased using promo codes or during flash sales
  • Innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or missing tags

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at shop_nest@outlook.com or WhatsApp 011-1275 3504 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item if it’s defective or the wrong size.
  3. Wait for our team to confirm your exchange request before returning the item.
  4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are based on stock availability. If the requested size/item is not available, we will offer store credit or a similar alternative.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
