Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Only size exchanges and defective items are eligible.
- Exchange is only valid for ready stock items. Pre-order items are not exchangeable unless defective.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale and clearance items
- Items purchased using promo codes or during flash sales
- Innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or missing tags
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at shop_nest@outlook.com or WhatsApp 011-1275 3504 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item if it’s defective or the wrong size.
- Wait for our team to confirm your exchange request before returning the item.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are based on stock availability. If the requested size/item is not available, we will offer store credit or a similar alternative.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
